About the role
Duties:
- You will work closely with consulting teams and with clients on data transformation projects focussing on data lakehouse implementation.
- You will be responsible to deliver services stand-alone or as a part of a broader project.
- You will interact with both junior and senior client stakeholders , supervise and coordinate activities related to project implementation and governance across clients, client vendors and internal team.
- You will also be delivering key deliverables/ outputs to client teams involving strategy designs, monitoring dashboards, etc under the supervision of your manager. You will be responsible for for driving PMO for data transformation .
Skills:
- 10 years of work experience in driving data transformation initiatives and implementation.
- Strong entrepreneurial mind-set, required for driving transformation initiative at a Public sector bank while ensuring quality of delivery as per standards.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, data ingestion, migration, regulatory landscape, devops and data ops pipeline, etc.
- Should have prior experience in data transformation projects (e.g. data warehouse, data lake implementation).
- Excited about client work and advanced analytics, as well as having impact and shaping the business.
- Successful candidates are expected to bring to bear or quickly develop a wide range of skills, including advisory to senior client stakeholders, vendor management, etc.
- Experience in implementation of AI use cases
Education:
Degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent degree from a top tier university
