Today,Truww operates from Bangalore and is aggressively planning to expand to other cities aswell.Position: Project Manager - Commercial InteriorsLocation: Pune, MaharashtraResponsibilities:● Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for commercial interiordesign and construction projects.● Ensure projects are executed within scope, budget, and timeline parameters.● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships andunderstanding their specific requirements.● Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.● Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the higheststandards are met throughout the project lifecycle.● Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies and proactively addressissues that may impact project delivery.
Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or arelated field.● Proven experience (2+ years) managing commercial interior design andconstruction projects.● Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction processes.● Excellent leadership and communication skills.● Proficiency in project management tools and software.● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
