Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / AGM - Projects to independently
manage end-to-end execution of large-scale residential/commercial construction projects
from excavation to final handover. The candidate must have strong expertise in RCC, Mivan,
finishing, billing, MEP coordination, planning, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Project Execution
Independently handle the complete project lifecycle from excavation to handover.
Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Drive milestone planning and execution.
2. Team Leadership & Site Management
Lead site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
Manage manpower planning, productivity, and discipline.
Ensure smooth coordination among all site teams.
3. RCC, Mivan & Finishing Works
Supervise RCC works including shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting.
Manage Mivan / Aluminium formwork cycle and execution.
Oversee finishing works including plastering, flooring, façade, and interiors.
4. Billing & Commercial Management
Verify and certify contractor RA bills and final bills.
Check measurements as per BOQ.
Track billing milestones against work progress.
Coordinate with QS and contracts teams for variation claims.
5. MEP Coordination
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities with civil progress.
Oversee installation of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with technical and statutory standards.
6. Planning & Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly execution plans.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, procurement, and design teams.
Ensure timely material availability.
7. Quality & Safety
Implement quality control systems.
Conduct site audits and inspections.
Ensure safety compliance and statutory adherence.
8. Site Security Management
Oversee site security operations.
Monitor material inward/outward control systems.
Manage visitor and labour movement systems.
9. Cost Control & Budget Management
Track budget vs actual expenditure.
Optimize resources and reduce wastage.
Monitor procurement and consumption.
