About the role
The Prompt Engineer will design, test, and optimise prompts to improve AI model performance. You will collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams to enhance AI-generated responses. You will also work on data preparation, augmentation, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimise prompts across multiple use cases.
- Run A/B testing and document prompt strategies.
- Configure voice and chat agents.
- Create natural conversation flows and agent personalities.
- Implement safety guardrails.
- Own AI quality assurance processes.
- Design test scenarios and edge case handling.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Linguistics, Psychology, English, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience (AI/NLP preferred).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience with LLM tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
- Understanding of how LLMs work.
- Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
