The role involves end-to-end property operations, tenant management, maintenance coordination, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with local regulations while delivering a high-quality living and working experience for tenants.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty OperationsManage day-to-day operations of assigned properties across Pune and/or BangaloreEnsure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with company standardsConduct regular property inspections and auditsTenant ManagementHandle tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outsAct as the primary point of contact for tenant queries, complaints, and escalationsEnsure timely collection of rent, deposits, and other duesCoordinate lease renewals and manage tenant documentationMaintenance & Vendor CoordinationPlan and oversee preventive and reactive maintenanceCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providersEnsure quality, cost control, and timely completion of maintenance workMaintain records of repairs, warranties, and service contractsFinancial & Administrative ManagementPrepare and manage property-level budgetsTrack expenses, approve invoices, and control operational costsGenerate monthly reports on occupancy, collections, maintenance, and issuesMaintain accurate property and tenant recordsCompliance & LegalEnsure compliance with local laws, society rules, and statutory regulationsCoordinate with legal teams for notices, disputes, or eviction processes if requiredEnsure safety, fire, and statutory norms are followedStakeholder CoordinationLiaise with owners, internal teams, brokers, and external partnersSupport new property onboarding and handover processesRequired Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Real estate, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field1–3 years of experience in property or facility management (residential/commercial)Strong knowledge of real estate operations in BangaloreGood understanding of leasing, maintenance, and local regulationsStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple properties and prioritiesProficiency in MS Excel, property management software/tools preferredPreferred AttributesExperience with managed living, rental housing, or commercial propertiesLocal market knowledge of Pune or Bangalore real estateCustomer-centric mindset with strong ownership and accountabilityWhat Truliv Properties OffersCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesOpportunity to grow with a fast-growing real estate brandExposure to multi-city property operationsCollaborative and professional work environment
