Qualifications:Master's and Bachelor’s degrees in the relevant subject, obtained through the regular (on-campus) mode, along with a B.Ed. qualification. In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of curriculum areas, research, and educational trends in Education. Previous teaching experience in a CBSE/Cambridge school is preferred.
Skills: The candidate must have the required subject knowledge and expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Planning and Implementation:· Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the CBSE/Cambridge curriculum.· Design engaging and interactive teaching materials to facilitate effective learning.· Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.Classroom Management:· Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.· Manage and maintain discipline within the classroom.· Encourage student participation and engagement in class activities.Assessment and Evaluation:· Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress.· Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments.· Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.Student Development:· Foster intellectual, emotional, and social development of students.· Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.· Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth.Professional Development:· Stay updated on the latest developments in education.· Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.· Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.School Activities:· Actively participate in school events, committees, and extracurricular activities.· Support the school's vision and mission in all aspects of teaching and learning.
