About the Role:
As a PS Core Operations Team Member at Your Company, you will drive the reliability and performance of our core network operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence in a dynamic telecom environment.

Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

• Oversee end-to-end PS Core network operations, ensuring service uptime and availability in line with defined KPI thresholds.
• Design and execute operational models to address customer issues, support projects, and manage CXX and complaint escalations.
• Provide field support during and outside working hours, including travel and on-site operations at various MTX locations.
• Collaborate closely with SNOC teams (INM, FM, CHM, PM), OEMs, vendors, and corporate stakeholders to meet Circle Core KPIs and drive operational improvements.
• Manage incident, fault, change, and performance management processes to ensure rapid resolution and continuous service improvement.
• Govern and support core network projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective project closure, and adherence to governance standards.
• Lead partner, vendor, and OEM management to ensure delivery timelines and service quality are consistently met.
• Oversee hardware, spares, backup, and MTX infrastructure management for core network functions.
• Drive process adherence and optimization, ensuring compliance with operational standards and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and deliver management and performance reports, supporting periodic reviews and action plan closures with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications (What You'll Bring):
Must-Have:

• Proven experience in core network operations, specifically in Data Networks, IP Technology, and Packet Switched (PS) Core.
• In-depth knowledge of PS Core, VoLTE, IP, MPBN, Cloud, and VM technologies, with hands-on exposure to Ericsson and Cisco Core systems.
• Strong understanding of PS Core call flows, core network troubleshooting, and large-scale PS Core operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in incident, fault, change, and performance management within telecom or NOC environments.
• Experience in project management, network monitoring, and service delivery management.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor/OEM coordination.
• Analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver actionable insights and clear reports.
• Willingness to travel and provide field support as required.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or equivalent technical qualification; management certification is a plus.
• Certification in software skills or system administration.
• Domain expertise in telecom operations, NOC operations, or technology companies providing telecom services.
• Experience in high-pressure, large-scale, and technology transformation environments.
• Strong influencing, innovation, and team collaboration skills.
