About the role
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in backend API development with Python.
- Proficient in microservices architecture and development.
- Strong experience in using Django or Flask frameworks.
- Knowledgeable in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices using tools like GitHub Actions (GHA) and Jenkins.
- Ability to write comprehensive unit and integration tests for APIs.
- Solid understanding of database concepts and experience in implementing database models in code.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment of APIs on platforms like AWS or GCP.
Additional Qualifications (Plus):
- Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Skills in database design and optimization for high-performance applications.
