About the role
Responsibilities:
- Working with the development team to deliver large-scale web applications.
- Working alongside project managers and clients.
- Work with the development team to troubleshoot the development environment, production environment, performance tune, and optimize code.
- Adhere to the code conventions strictly.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Python, Linux, and debugging skills.
- Skills: RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL), Shell Scripting, Web Servers and Interpreters (nginx, Apache, uwsgi, mod_python), GIT.
- Knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery, HTML/CSS, JSON, AJAX, and Google APIs (Maps, Charts).
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience overall.
- 3+ years of experience in Python scripting and Linux.
