About the role
Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering scalable backend applications, APIs, automation solutions, and AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, software engineering best practices, and modern cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
- Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to design and implement technical solutions.
- Integrate AI/ML models, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems into applications.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of production issues.
- Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Communicate technical solutions, project updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade applications using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and multi-threading concepts.
- Design and develop secure, scalable REST APIs.
- Experience with API authentication, authorization, and API lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar technologies.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance.
- At least 6+ years of experience as a Python Developer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Python programming and software design principles.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar backend frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of REST API and microservices architecture.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of message queues and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, etc.).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Generative AI
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
