About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms using Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
- Contribute to the development of data analysis tools and frameworks.
- Optimize and maintain existing machine learning infrastructure and codebase.
- Research and implement new machine learning technologies and methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Prototype new ideas and solutions quickly.
- Contribute to the technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of machine learning and Python development.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of software development processes and practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of machine learning models.
- Troubleshoot and debug machine learning models and algorithms.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience in Python development, particularly in the implementation of machine learning algorithms.
- Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with data analysis libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of statistical concepts and their application in machine learning.
- Experience in working with large datasets and distributed computing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive attitude and a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services is a plus.
