About the role
The core requirements for the job include the following:
CRM Testing:
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, workflows, and business processes.
- Experience testing CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar CRM products.
- Experience with role-based access, workflows, approvals, notifications, and integrations.
Automation:
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright.
- Good programming/scripting skills in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience designing or working with automation frameworks.
- Experience with API automation/testing using Rest Assured, Postman, Karate, or equivalent.
Database:
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Ability to validate backend data and perform data reconciliation between CRM and integrated systems.
CI/CD and Tools:
- Experience with Git.
- Exposure to Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Experience with JIRA and test management tools such as TestRail, Xray, Zephyr, or equivalent.
