About the role
Responsibilities:
- Understand and test end-to-end user journeys across the platform.
- Execute test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Test UI across web and mobile environments.
- Perform API testing using Postman / Swagger or similar tools.
- Validate API responses, status codes, and error handling.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in QA (Web / Mobile / SaaS preferred).
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts (test cases, bug lifecycle, regression testing).
- Familiarity with web application testing and UI validation.
- Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Understanding of client-server architecture.
- Ability to debug issues using browser tools (Chrome DevTools, network tab).
- Comfortable using AI tools (e. g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to assist with test case creation, debugging, and documentation—while critically validating outputs.
