About the role
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in manual testing of web applications and dashboards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional testing, cross-browser testing, debugging using Chrome Developer Tools, and basic API testing.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing (80%), including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Test web applications, dashboards, analytics, and reporting modules.
- Perform cross-browser testing to ensure consistent application performance.
- Use Chrome Developer Tools to inspect network requests, debug UI issues, and troubleshoot application behavior.
- Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Validate data accuracy and consistency across UI and APIs.
- Identify, report, track, and verify bugs and collaborate with development teams.
- Contribute to automation testing wherever required.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in software quality assurance/testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in manual testing of web applications and dashboards.
- Good understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Experience in cross-browser testing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Chrome Developer Tools / Web Tools.
- Basic to good exposure to API testing using Postman or Swagger.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor.
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium.
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Exposure to AdTech, Analytics, Monetization, or SaaS products.
