About the role
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright automation. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality software delivery through effective testing strategies and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
CTC Offered-2.5L-6L based on experience
Key Responsibilities
• Lead QA activities and provide guidance and support to the team• Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases• Identify, document, and track software defects• Perform thorough manual testing to ensure quality standards• Design and maintain automation scripts (Playwright – mandatory, Selenium – basic exposure)• Analyze test results and share actionable insights• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups)• Continuously improve QA processes and frameworks
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field• 3-5 years of QA experience with strong manual testing expertise• Hands-on experience with Playwright (mandatory)-Typrscript/C#• Basic exposure to Selenium• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and QA best practices• Programming skills in Java / C# / Python• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
