About the role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce-based enterprise solutions. The role involves functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across Salesforce clouds and integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional designs and convert them into test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform functional, system, regression, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.
- Validate configurations, workflows, flows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
- Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, ERP, etc. ).
- Execute test cases, log defects, track resolution, and perform re-testing.
- Support release testing and post-deployment validation.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of QA experience with at least 2 years on Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud preferred).
- Experience in manual testing; automation exposure (Selenium, Provar, or similar) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Nice to Have: Salesforce QA/Platform certification.
- Basic SOQL or data validation experience.
