QA/QC Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Engineer to join our real estate construction team in South Bangalore. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities and materials comply with quality standards and project specifications, while adhering to timelines and safety guidelines.

• Implement and monitor Quality Control (QC) procedures at construction sites.

• Conduct regular inspections of construction materials, workmanship, and finished work.

• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.

• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.

• Prepare quality reports and documentation for internal and client use.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Monitor and enforce the use of proper construction techniques and materials.

• Assist in training site personnel on quality standards and practices.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• 3–6 years of experience in quality control within the real estate or construction sector.

• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and regulations.

• Familiarity with IS codes, QA/QC procedures, and safety standards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and relevant construction software.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Real estate companies or civil contracting firms in residential/commercial projects.
