About the role
- Develop and implement AI-driven testing strategies and quality assurance frameworks.
- Analyze business, functional, technical, and AI-related requirements.
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, and automation scripts.
- Perform system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce Service Cloud and connected applications.
- Validate AI solutions, AI-generated code, and AI-enabled functionalities.
- Manage defect lifecycle, including analysis, tracking, reporting, and resolution coordination.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivery of high-quality releases.
- Collaborate with business, development, and operations teams in agile environments.
- Document test results, quality metrics, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Contribute to the organization's AI-based testing roadmap and testing automation initiatives.
