About the role
Job Description: QA Tester (Functional, Automation, and Performance Testing)
Experience : 8+ years
Shift : US Time shift (EST -- 6:30 PM to 3:30PM)
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with development teams in the maintenance and ongoing development of the AWS application to ensure it is bug-free and meets requirements.
· Conduct testing on reporting platform applications, utilizing both manual and automated testing methods.
· Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, including test preparation, test case creation, and management.
· Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing to ensure the application's functionality remains intact.
· Generate detailed test reports, documenting findings and outcomes.
· Liaise with vendors to support Penetration/Security, Performance, and Accessibility testing, ensuring compliance.
· Coordinate final UAT with stakeholders and obtain signoff for Release Management processes.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in Quality Assurance testing, with a focus on Functional, Automation, and Performance testing.
· Proficiency in testing reporting platform applications, with a deep understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
· Strong skills in test strategy development, test case creation, and test management.
· Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing processes.
· Ability to provide detailed and comprehensive test reports, including findings and recommendations.
· Experience collaborating with vendors and external partners for specialized testing requirements.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Experience with AWS applications and cloud-based testing environments is a plus.
Qualification
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
