About the role
- Develop & implement test producer as per ISO Stands of Raw materials & packing material which are ready for consumption
- Responsible to maintain analytical Report on product deviation i.e. underweight, shape, proofing, baking time deviation etc.
- Responsible to maintain & implement shop floor hygiene, product hygiene, personal hygiene schedule as per ISO norms
- Responsible to maintain & coordinate in implementation of HACCP, GMP,GHP policies
- Responsible to monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations
