About the role

●Knowledge of Solar installation Process for Residential, Commercial Projects.●Ensure the project work are executed and checked in accordance with Quality Control and Safety Process.●Conduct Induction Training and Awareness program for workmen & Staff.●Preparation of Quality observation report in Commercial Pojects.●On-site Safety / Quality inspection with all technical aspects of Projects.●Provide records to I&C team for Safety and Quality inspection.●Follow-up and updating closure reports.●Carrying out Safety and Quality audits within City and within State.●Electrical Hazard & Risk Understanding●Communicate with O&M and Execution team.●Regularly inspect equipment.●RCA of near miss cases, Skills required for identification.●Solar Product inspection is Advantage.●Maintain, Publish, track all QHSE related reports.Key CompetenciesTechnicalNeed to Have●Basic Computer Knowledge in M.S.
