Logging issues
Reporting on issue status and progress as required by Project PM
Design and implement QA strategies for large SAP programs.
Create test plan and procedures.
Coordinate and manage test cycles.
Coordinate the development of test assets (manual / automated)
Defect Management process
Implement Test Automation Strategy
Collaborate with VCNA and project team to understand business requirements,
data mapping, and data quality objectives.
Develop comprehensive data migration strategies, including data extraction,
cleansing, transformation, and loading activities, aligning with project timelines
and goals.
Conducted data quality assessments, identifying, and resolving data issues to
maintain data consistency and reliability.
Created and maintained technical documentation, including data migration
plans, process flowcharts, and data mapping specifications.
Performed data cleansing, transformation, and validation activities to ensure
data accuracy and integrity.
Developed and executed test scenarios and scripts to validate migrated data.
Performs Fit/Gap Analysis and implements solutions for existing and future
business requirements.
Continues development of system specifications, & testing strategy
identification
Conducting process review and implementing solution for bringing down the
defect slippage
Job
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in QA, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
Proven experience in developing and implementing QA strategies and processes
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and SDLC
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with QA tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Jira, and Selenium
Experience with testing mobile and web applications
