About the role
What you´ll do
- Support incoming raw material, packaging material, and finished goods inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in laboratory management activities, including calibration coordination and maintenance of quality records.
- Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Process Control Sheets (PCS).
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create clear, effective process documentation.
- Support shopfloor documentation, visual controls, and process standardization initiatives.
- Participate in process mapping and continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze quality-related data and assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide support and guidance to shopfloor teams on documentation usage and quality best practices.
- Contribute to process excellence initiatives by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all quality-related documents.
