About the role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Follow the gowning procedure during entering into the laboratory.
- Keeping laboratory all time readiness for audit.
- Before start of the analysis ensure analyst qualification was completed.
- Responsible for performing standardized and routine chemical examinations, conducting quantitative and qualitative chemicals analysis for wet chemicals analysis and instrumental analysis for raw material, intermediate, finished product and validation as per current version of STP/GTP.
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of lab equipment’s and maintain all the logs related the activities carried out.
- To maintain the reference solution, volumetric solution according to the GTP/SOP
- To attend the training as per the scheduled training program and ensure the training record was filled appropriately.
- To follow the safety procedure.
- To follow the GLP/GDP practices in laboratory area all the time
- Responsible for timely escalation of incident/OOS/OOT to the immediate in charge and involve in investigation.
- Should not involve in any data integrity issues and immediately escalate the data integrity issues to supervisor.
- Responsible for other work given by HOD.
