S.no Technical skills Required for QC @ Gloves section
1 Conduct routine and comprehensive testing of yarns ( TPI, CSP, Counts etc,.) to ensure quality and consistency
during inward inspections
2 Ability to perform Inward / In-process / Final inspection acitivities.
3 Document and report test results accurately and promptly.
4 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues during inprocess inspection.
5 Conduct final PDIR as per AQL sampling plan
6 Ensure testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
7 At least 1 or 2 years of experience in yarn testing or quality control
8 Strong understanding of textile fibers, yarn spinning, and testing methods
9 Conduct regular quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet the
company's quality standards and customer expectations
10 Lead root cause analysis efforts for quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions
