About the role
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience, proven 5+ years of experience in Test Coordination and Automation roles.
- Working knowledge of cloud/Azure environment (e. g., Databricks).
- Strong working experience with RDBMS (STM, ETL).
- Strong understanding of Testing Life Cycle, SDLC, and Defect Management processes for application testing and support.
- Good working knowledge of QE processes and standards.
- Ability to build and maintain automated testing scripts and integrate with DevOps tools.
- Strong investigative and analytical skills for solving complex problems.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship abilities.
- Collaborative approach, building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry developments.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e. g., Tosca DI, Selenium, Robot Framework, Parasoft SOAtest, Postman, RestAssured, Cucumber).
Good to have Skills:
- Preferred experience with Python, Java, and SQL databases.
- Experience with test management tools (e. g., JIRA, OpenText AQM).
