About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers.
- Design and implement end-to-end automated testing strategies.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
- Manage test execution, defect resolution, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Quality Engineering and Automation.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7.5+ Years.
- Education: 15 years of full-time education.
- Must-have skills: Automated testing, Selenium with Java, API automation, Cucumber/BDD, Jenkins/CI-CD.
Good to Have:
- Strong QA methodologies and testing practices.
- Defect tracking and reporting.
- Note: Candidates must have 15 years of full-time education and strong hands-on experience in Selenium and automated testing.
