About the role
- Must be conversant with basic Lab Instruments - Vernier, Torque meters, micrometer, pin gauge, slip gauges, trimos, etc..
- Must be able to read and understand 2D drawings independently and must be able to corelate with the plastic part.
- Should have done gap / flush measurement of plastic part on a master buck / gauge
- Must be able Preparing the inspection report on paper as well as on a excel sheet
- Should be conversant with / able to learn the various defects on the plastic parts
- Usage of testing M/c will be an advantage
- Experience with PPAP documentation will be an advantage
