About the role
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive, scalable front-end applications using React.js .
- Architect, develop, and maintain microservices-based backend systems.
- Build reusable components, libraries, and APIs with high code quality.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and DevOps teams.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical decisions, and estimations.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of overall software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 CSS3
- Solid experience in Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Backend experience using Java / Spring Boot.
- Experience with API integration, authentication, and authorisation.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Good to Have:
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc. )
- Exposure to Kubernetes.
- Experience in system design and high-level architecture.
- Prior experience in a technical lead role.
