About the role
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Investor Relations role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves managing relationships with existing and potential investors, including regular communication, updates on project performance, and coordination of investor meetings and site visits. Responsibilities include preparing investment proposals, presentations, and reports, supporting financial analysis of projects, and explaining investment structures and returns. The position also requires collaborating with internal teams on project information, maintaining investor databases and documentation, monitoring market trends, and assisting in fundraising and capital-raising initiatives.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Investments skills, including basic financial analysis and understanding of investment returns.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Estate and Investment Properties, particularly in residential and commercial developments.
- Candidates should possess experience working with investors, including relationship management and clear, professional communication.
- Candidates should possess strong presentation, reporting, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Relevant bachelor's degree (Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.
- Prior experience in real estate development, investment advisory, or investor relations is an advantage.
