Job Responsibilities:
1 End-to-End R2R Process Ownership
• Oversee the entire Record to Report cycle: journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, Fixed Assets, Inventory Accounting and Intercompany. • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to client policies and SOPs • Manage 70+ associates at offshore and onshore.
2. Service Delivery Management • Manage SLAs, KPIs, Business metrics and client expectations. • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in day-to-day delivery.
3. Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, auditors, and internal teams. • Communicate effectively on performance, risks, and transformation initiatives.
4. Risk & Compliance • Ensure compliance with RACM, FMEA, internal controls, and statutory requirements. • Mitigate risks through robust governance and control frameworks.
