Job Description: HR Recruiter – Bulk Hiring (Oil & Gas Shutdown Projects)

Job Type: Work From Home (WFH)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong expertise in bulk hiring, specifically for shutdown projects in the oil & gas/refinery sector. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment processes and coordinating effectively with both clients and candidates.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
• Handle recruitment for shutdown projects in oil & gas/refinery industries.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
• Schedule interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for high-volume requirements.
• Handle candidate documentation and joining formalities.
• Act as a bridge between clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication.

• Experience in bulk hiring, preferably in oil & gas/refinery shutdown projects.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in handling both clients and candidates.

Any Graduate

2+ years in recruitment (bulk hiring preferred)
