Our recruiters own the full hiring lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding—driving targeted, metrics-driven hiring against aggressive quarterly goals. Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for tech roles (engineering, product, data, devops) — from JD finalization to offer closure within SLAs.
- Conduct structured interviews, candidate assessments, and coordinate with hiring managers to align on role fit and culture add.
- Track and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs: sourced candidates, interviews scheduled, offers extended, and time-to-hire metrics.
- Partner with HRBP and hiring leads to refine job descriptions, define hiring criteria, and optimize candidate journey flows.
- Implement ATS best practices (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar), maintain data hygiene, and generate weekly hiring analytics reports.
