We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters with strong hands-on sourcing expertise across Digital, Data, and Salesforce skill sets. The recruiters will support corporate hiring requirements and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver quality profiles within defined timelines.

• End-to-end sourcing and recruitment for Digital, Data, and Salesforce roles.

• Strong exposure to corporate hiring environments.

• Screen profiles, assess technical fit, and align candidates with role requirements.

• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.

• Work closely with stakeholders to meet hiring SLAs and delivery expectations.

• 4–5 years (not more than that) of hands-on IT recruitment experience (strict).

• Strong sourcing knowledge across:

  • Digital roles (UI/UX, Frontend, Backend, Martech, etc.)

  • Data roles (Data Engineer, Data Analyst, BI, etc.)

  • Salesforce roles (Admin, Developer, Consultant, Architect, etc.)

• Prior experience supporting corporate clients (mandatory).

• Good understanding of technical skill mapping and screening.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Must be available to join immediately.
