Role Objective

To do sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring for assigned roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to defined hiring processes and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Source resumes through job portals, social media and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess fitment
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback closure

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

• Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers on hiring progress and requirements.
• Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for selected candidates.

Continuous Support

• Participate in HR projects related to talent acquisition effectiveness and process improvement.
