About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling HR tech and talent acceleration firm operating across India, we partner with startups and growth-stage companies to build high-impact hiring engines. Our team deploys data-driven recruitment strategies, AI-powered candidate sourcing, and structured interview frameworks to scale teams fast — without compromising quality. As a Recruitment Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience in modern talent acquisition and be embedded in real hiring cycles from day one.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and maintain candidate communication across hiring stages.
- Build and update candidate pipelines in ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Assist in creating job descriptions, employer branding content, and sourcing strategies tailored to role-specific requirements.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Source-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate) to hiring managers.
- Participate in debrief sessions with hiring leads to refine screening criteria and feedback loops.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- ATS (Greenhouse / Lever / Zoho Recruit)
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Screening & Shortlisting
- Structured Interviewing
- Preferred
- Experience with Boolean Search
- Basic understanding of recruitment analytics
- Exposure to HR tech tools like SmartRecruiters or Ashby
