About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end bulk hiring for off-roll workforce, including pickers, packers, Delivery Executives, and Warehouse Associates.
- Manage high-volume hiring across multiple locations to meet daily/weekly manpower targets.
- Responsible for vendor management, including the addition of new vendors.
- Build strong coordination with operations, warehouse, and last-mile teams for manpower planning and deployment.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for off-roll employees in coordination with vendors.
- Maintain strict adherence to statutory compliance.
- Drive initiatives to improve retention and engagement of the frontline workforce.
- Responsible for hiring and guiding the team of recruiters/field coordinators for on-field execution.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in bulk/blue-collar hiring, specifically for the off-roll workforce, Pan India.
- Strong experience in hiring for logistics, e-commerce, quick commerce, or retail operations.
- Proven track record in managing vendor-driven hiring models.
- Hands-on experience in hiring roles like delivery executives, warehouse associates, pickers, and packers.
- Strong understanding of labor compliance (PF, ESIC, contractual workforce).
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment with daily hiring goals.
- Strong stakeholder management and on-ground problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and HRMS tools.
