Ensure RM performance across CA, SA, Liabilities Bk, Investments, Ins. üTrade, FX, Cards etc. Provide product, process for sales and service of HNI clients, feedback to Program Team for improvement. üComplete requirements for Investments AMFI, IRDA bus and YBL COC for RMs along with HCM and Compliance. Work with HCM to ensure recruitment of RMs ,Build Team Capability to cross sell product, Develop Fin Planning, Advisory expertise, Provide learning through Joint Calls, Ensure positivity, team motivation. üProcess and Audit ·Ensure all sales activity is recorded online as per the organizational process ·Capture and maximize the business opportunity through detailed client profiling as per organizational process
