Regional Relationship Associate

About the Role

NxtWave is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate (BOA) to support Admission Consultant (AC) engagement and operational activities.

The candidate will be responsible for handling consultant communication, nurturing relationships, managing WhatsApp campaigns, pushing referral activities, and supporting Business Development Managers (BDMs) in day-to-day consultant operations.

This role requires strong communication skills, consistency in follow-ups, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple communication channels effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and follow-up calls with Admission Consultants (ACs).

• Maintain regular communication and engagement with assigned consultants.

• Support consultants with operational updates, admissions processes, and query resolution.

• Coordinate closely with BDMs for consultant management activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants through regular follow-ups.

• Ensure active engagement of consultants across admissions cycles.

• Track inactive consultants and execute re-engagement activities.

• Execute WhatsApp broadcasts and engagement campaigns for consultants.

• Share updates regarding admissions, programs, offers, events, and operational announcements.

• Ensure timely and professional communication across all messaging channels.

• Drive referral generation initiatives through consultants.

• Encourage consultants to push leads and admissions opportunities consistently.

• Support referral tracking and conversion coordination.

• Maintain daily activity trackers and communication logs.

• Update CRM systems with consultant interactions and status updates.

• Prepare reports related to consultant engagement, referrals, and follow-up activities.

• Support BDMs in operational coordination and execution tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• Prior experience in operations, telecalling, business support, customer engagement, or admissions support preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good follow-up and relationship management abilities.

• Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp communication, and operational coordination.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in EdTech, admissions operations, or partner management.

• Familiarity with WhatsApp campaign tools and lead management systems.

• Understanding of referral and engagement workflows.
