About the role
Responsibilities:
- Insurance compliance and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and broker guidelines.
- Review insurance/reinsurance transactions for compliance.
- Prepare and submit regulatory returns and reports.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and process reviews.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Support inspections and stakeholder governance activities.
- Analyze data and provide management insights.
