The Relationship Development Manager – NRI Segment is responsible for building, nurturing, and strengthening long-term relationships with existing and prospective NRI customers. The role focuses on enhancing customer engagement through proactive communication, providing timely project updates, driving customer satisfaction, encouraging referrals and repeat investments, and positioning the organization as the preferred real estate partner within the NRI community.
The objective is to create a seamless customer experience that fosters trust, loyalty, advocacy, and sustained business growth from the NRI segment.
