- Loan disbursement volumes
- Cross-sell products
- Insurance sales [], []
- Build and strengthen relationships with:
- Kotak Bank Branches
- DSAs (Direct Selling Agents)
- Builders and channel partners [], []
- Ensure location and team productivity and achievement of sales goals. [], []
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through NPS and service standards. [], []
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams for smooth loan processing. [], []
- Drive cross-sell of CASA and Third Party Products (TPP). [], []
- Ensure adherence to all internal policies, compliance and regulatory guidelines. [], []
Eligibility / Experience
- Graduate in any discipline. [], []
- Typically 1-3 years (or higher depending on grade) experience in:
- Home Loans
- LAP
- Mortgage
- Secured Lending
- DSA / DST Channel Sales [], []
- Strong relationship management and channel development skills. [], []
- Knowledge of secured banking products preferred. [], []
