Role: Release and Change Analyst Level 5

Location: Bangalore/Chennai

Job Summary –

Mphasis is seeking an Release and Change Manager for supporting high critical releases for one of our Marquee clients. The candidate is expected to possess excellent communication and process skills. There are number of changes & Releases planned throughout the year to meet customer and regularity requirement. It also provides avenues of Open Banking for Commercial Cards customers. The release analyst facilitate change governance process for the program

Technical Skills:

Main responsibilities include

· To handle governance activities like Release Record, Change Record, follow up with Stakeholders till change completion.

· and closure, communicating with existing Release Management team

· Manage and align Release Management Resources to projects on time;

· Maintain a Central Release Calendar and manage

· Participate in the project calls and provide/take inputs for the Release plan

· Co-ordinate with stakeholders and get the tasks for Implementation plan

· Preparation of Implementation plan (SoE) for Releases

· Oversee Release Governance for every Production Implementation (MCR’s, Change Board Approval…)

· Walkthrough of the SoE with all stakeholders and obtain all sign off

· Lead and co-ordinate the SoE tasks with teams on Implementation day

· Send Periodic Reporting of the Release Status to all stakeholders

· Manage Release challenges (schedule slippage, delays & back out scenarios)

· Conduct Post Implementation Review for every Production Implementation

Behavioral Skills:

· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Ready to work 24/7 shifts but primarily expected to work in UK hours (Subjected to change as per business requirement)

· Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity

· Participate as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

· Must possess a strong work ethic, be self-directed, and be a detail-oriented professional
