Experience and knowledge of release management processes and tools
Familiarity on the SDLC process
Understanding of the Change management process
Service management experience
Oversee the release management lifecycle, including scheduling, coordinating, and managing releases across
multiple applications and portfolios.
Coordinate with Testing, Environment, Applications, Infrastructure, squads on release deliverables and milestones
Conduct risk assessment in Enterprise release level and document risk mitigation
Review deployment conflicts for non-prod and production changes
Effective communication skills to coordinate with various teams
Knowledge on the following tools:
JIRA, Service NOW, Confluence, Plutora, Power BI
Experience on running Enterprise releases with minimum supervision from Planning until Warranty Phase.
Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities, including deployment plans and checklists.
Knowledge of Post implementation review process and how to run PIR meetings, document minutes and ensuring
that preventative actions are in place
Able to work in AEST hours and during Enterprise release weekends
