We are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) with 5+ years of experience to lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) delivery across two squads of 7 people each — totalling 15 team members. You will serve as a servant leader and coach for the ART — facilitating PI Planning, managing cross-team dependencies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across the delivery organisation.
