About the role
- Proactively identify and engage potential students and families to promote available educational programs.
- Conduct market research to understand local educational needs and competitor offerings in the Amritsar region.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation to closing enrollments and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to provide accurate information regarding courses and admission processes.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions using internal CRM tools.
- Represent the institution at educational fairs, school visits, and community events to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences.
- Show a genuine interest in the education sector and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Exhibit self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Possess basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software or databases.
- Be based in or willing to relocate to Amritsar for this role.
