This internship provides practical exposure to modern retail practices while working with live business operations.
Internship Objective
To develop future retail professionals by providing hands-on experience in retail operations, customer service, inventory management, sales support, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily retail operations.
- Support customer enquiries and order processing.
- Maintain inventory and stock records.
- Assist in product catalogue management.
- Support order packing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners.
- Maintain store and workplace standards.
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal activities.
- Assist with basic reporting and documentation.
- Perform other operational duties as assigned.
