About the role
We are looking for a Jewellery consultant to join to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, handling transactions, and delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th Pass (preferred background in the jewellery industry).
- Experience: 1-3 years in retail, luxury goods, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with basic sales operations, POS systems, and inventory procedures.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.
