About the role
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, provide product info, offer recommendations, and assist with selection.
- Sales and Transactions: upsell/cross-sell, and meet sales goals.
- Store Presentation: Keep the sales floor clean, organised, restock shelves, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving stock, stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
