About the role
Experience working on consumer electronic products in a design, manufacturing or product / test engineering role(at least 3yrs).
Experience working on NPI projects and engage with reliability tests.
Basic knowledge of reliability engineer and familiar with reliability test setup and lab audits.
Experience building up or managing test lab or FA team in India will be a big plus.
Capability of processing and summarizing data. Ability to use analysis process tools & software (JMP, Tableau, etc) is a plus.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, experience working with foreign team (US or China) is a plus.
Ability to drive decisions and problem solve.
Highly self-motivated person with innovative thinking and willing to take on the challenge of new technology
failure issues in Mobile phones, Camera module in particular
RCA in Failure Analysis and troubleshooting
No ECE background, get only Mechanical engineering background
